Jan has lived, worked and exhibited in Austria, Italy and America. After 30 years away she has returned to New Zealand.

 

Jan has concentrated on painting gardenscapes in oil for some years now. As an energetic healer (Reiki Master, Ahaschic

Record reader, Sharmonic practices, Family Constellation and Thought Field Therapy) she is interested in the therapeutic effect of art (color, form, sound and symbolism) on the etheric and physical body.

 

Gardenscapes provide the opportunity to create a healing opportunity through color, form and symbolism that is easily accessible to most people.

 

It is about beauty, the expression of lovingness that emanates

from it.

 

The energetic vibration of a work of art is complex and is influenced predominantly by the intent and level of consciousness of the artist which then dictates choice of subject, materials

and technique.

 

Jan is very interested in quantum physics and energy fields and

is currently experimenting with painting while the Akashic records are open.
